"UMP 服務點" App is intended for an exclusive use of UMP Medical /& Dental Services members to easily access the most updated appointed panel network information via a pre-assigned 6-letter access code.


Key features

1. Downloading and search the most updated details of the appointed clinic including doctor's name, address, telephone number and opening hour by service category, specialty and district. Information will be updated on a daily basis.

2. "Full" or "Updates Only" information downloading options are available at login page. "Full" download refers to downloading the entire most updated eligible network provider information particularly under the access code entered by user. For "Updates Only", it refers to only downloading the network provider information changed, if any, since your last login. Default setting is "Updates Only".

3. Directly dial to call with the selected clinic for making an appointment.

4. Pinpoint the selected clinic location on a map.

5. Provide the latest health information and promotional offers.

2. The information contained in this App is to facilitate the UMP Members for searching the panel network information provided by UMP Medical /& Dental Services ("UMP"). It is prohibited to circulate in public and used for any other purposes without prior approval by UMP.

Please notice that clinic details may change, it is strongly advised to login the App by the assigned 6-letter access code to retrieve the most updated information each time before you visit the clinic. UMP is not responsible for any inconvenience which may cause you due to the outdated information from your previously downloaded. Please contact your employer or insurance company for your access code information.

4. UMP has the right to determine and vary from time to time the scope of this App to be made available including but not limited to:
- Expanding, modifying, reducing or suspending this App at any time;
- Imposing and varying any restrictions on the use of this App.
