My cutting edge training programs have helped adults increase their level of energy, decrease aches and pains, improve balance, lower cholesterol and eliminate symptoms resulting from diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease, and more. I develop adaptable personal training programs for my clients to enable them to engage in desired activities throughout their lives.
