WELCOME to the Breakthrough to Excellence Conference-Winter 2017.
WOW! We did it! Welcome Aldo Rodriquez and Monterrey, Mexico. Keeping to our strategic values and vision, we have been successful in executing a 10-year supply agreement with Brembo. We have been building a green field plant since September with beneficial occupancy late January.
The Winter conference will be a continuation of the Spring conference. It's important for our continued success to create teamwork, cohesiveness and strategic thinking. The upcoming conference will continue to reflect commitment to our future and a new "MINDSET".
The "State Of The Union" will be shared by our President, Ben Rassieur. 2017 is history and 2018 is now. What have we accomplished? Where are we going? What do each of us need to contribute to reach strategic targets .... 2018 is the year of Performance.
