Dot2Text 1.0

The functionality of Braille2text application is to convert braille code into text and integrate it in android application so that the application is portable to use. It provides a faster checking or reading of braille document. It uses Canny Edge Detector Algorithm for the refinement of the image, Optics Algorithm for segmentation of the dots and Generalized Hough for recognizing the dots.
