George GO: your finances. Fast and modern

About the application
George Go is a brand new application enabling a complex control and management of your accounts and other products of Slovenská sporiteľňa. Instead of the current two applications, you will have just one that will make your banking easier and clearer and that will bring you lots of new useful functions. The user interface of George Go is identical with George – the new smart banking of Slovenská sporiteľňa, which will help you find out quickly where you stand with your finances, regardless of whether you are working on a computer or a mobile device.
Key functionalities:
o It is well-arranged – all selected accounts and the respective information are displayed on the homepage. Here you can find more information about other products too (e.g. loans, cards or savings).
o It will adapt to your needs – you can personalize its appearance and change the order of products on the homepage as you like. You can assign your own names, pictures and colours to each of the product.
o It remembers numbers and names – an intelligent address book will automatically remember all account numbers and their names, so after the initial entering of the account number you just type in, let’s say Peter, and the account number will be filled out automatically. The address book is shared with the web George.
o It scans codes and automatically fills in payments – it recognizes IBAN, QR code or information from payslips.
o It searches intuitively – just as you know it from the internet. Type in a word, sum or a symbol and George Go will find all the related payments. Try e.g. “last week”.
o It saves your receipts – you can scan and save the bill or the purchase receipt with your payments. This will not only make tracking of your payments easier, but it will also simplify making a complaint about the purchased goods.

As a part of further updates we are working hard on adding these functionalities:
o credit card payment,
o topping up the credit of mobile operators,
o generation of QR code with the information about the sum to be paid (the so-called “Share payment” that you know from the application “Platby”),
o debit and credit card management (blocking, activation, changing of limits, turning on/off the contactless functionality).

Compared to the former applications “Účty” and “Platby”, the new George GO does not support:
o the Club cards management, such as loyalty cards of retail stores, gas stations or clothing stores. We recommend you to save these in one of the available applications of third parties.
