Chord is a collection of tones / notes that form a series. The function of the chord itself is to accompany a melody, either a melody of a guitar playing or a melody that comes from people's mouths when singing.

The basic chord that many people use when playing guitar is the major and minor chord. Just like the Major Tone Pattern Pattern and Minor Tone Pattern which has an interval formula, Chord also has the formula, that is the tone formula.
