MOCIT seeks to provide services provided by ministries and government departments through a comprehensive application on smartphones to improve and facilitate access to government e-services. Hukomati mobile application will provide a unique experience for every user. Several e-services that are of interest to users will be offered through the application within the best privacy standards.

The application provides users (citizens, government, residents and investors and visitors/tourists) with the following electronic services for : Ministry of Justice, Social Security Corporation, Department of Land and Survey and many other services will be added later when launched
