The ING InsideBusiness App from ING Wholesale Banking offers easy access to a growing range of corporate banking services. Get real time insights and manage your financial transactions wherever you are. We keep adding new functionality and features based on your feedback, whether you use the app to make millions of payments or collections, or need insights into your cash reports.

Can I use the InsideBusiness App?
If you are an ING Wholesale Banking client with online access to InsideBusiness, then yes, you can use the InsideBusiness App.

Current features

Order Management
Get complete insight and control of your payment files delivered by InsideBusiness Connect or SwiftNet. You can also approve your orders before they are processed by ING.

Download Centre
Access and download all your reports, e.g. Cash balancing reports and Marked-to-market reports, in one place.

Messages
Stay current about news, updates and maintenance on InsideBusiness.

mToken and access to camera
The InsideBusiness app offers you the use of the mToken. This is an authentication means to login to InsideBusiness and sign requests. It works by scanning a QR code with the camera on your phone and using the InsideBusiness app. For the use of mToken you need specific authorisations, which can be set by your Corporate Administrator. The QR code is shown on:
https://insidebusiness.ingwb.com. To enable you to use the QR code for logging in, the InsideBusiness app has access to the camera on your phone.
