My TANITA – Healthcare App 3.0.3

My Tanita is a Healthcare Service provided by TANITA which tracks your everyday activity and health weight management using the newest TANITA Devices with your smartphone. This App will allow you to connect your TANITA body composition analyser (RD-953) and/or your activity monitor (AM160/AM161) by Bluetooth 4.0 low energy to build detailed and easy visual graphs of your measurements and activity (steps, burned calories etc.).

The TANITA Body Composition Monitors are connected easily and will show you more than 10 important body health values.
You can manage and check your measurement data in your Smartphone whenever you want.

Set goals you want to reach or just put your data in manually if you are using a non-Bluetooth Body Composition Monitor from Tanita.

If you want to use the RD-953 body composition monitor together with other people (even the whole family) and more phones, that is not a problem. To do this, each individual needs to repeat the “choose device” and “pairing” steps on their own smartphone before taking a measurement. We are working on making this even easier in the future.

My Tanita already programmed for Android 6.0
In some instances ANDROID will ask for your location, which will enable it to find a Bluetooth device. Please click ‘yes' when prompted. Only local phone access is needed for ANDROID 6 – and the MY TANITA-APP will not use it.
We are currently working to improve the pairing-mode to make connecting with our smart scale more easy.
