This app delivers just the Mini-games in Practice Spanish: Study Abroad, to play on phones.

Mini-games are fun, mobile, fast-paced, language learning games designed to help you master the introductory-level Spanish vocabulary and grammar topics needed to play the immersive 3-D Quests of Practice Spanish.

Whether you’re dragging and dropping words into a logical order, selecting falling words in a category, or labeling images, your goal is to earn as many points as possible in the limited time available. You will learn and improve your Spanish language skills as you go!

To begin, choose a vocabulary or grammar topic to practice, and then pick from two games:

• The Streak Game: Build sentences, fill in the blanks, and correctly label images. Create winning streaks by getting several right in a row, earning more language skill points.

• The Collector Game: As Spanish words fall from the top of the screen, you select the ones that belong to the category before they disappear. The game speeds up as you advance, providing an exciting and challenging test of your Spanish skills.

Once you’ve mastered each set of Mini-games, you’re ready to play the associated language-learning Quests available for Tablets, MAC or PC.
