XRP Ultimate Purchasing 3.4.3

The application allows the same features offered by Cegid XRP Ultimate Purchasing thanks to the management of signatures multicriteria:

- Display of elements to be validated according to the authentification to XRP Ultimate by login/password.
- Signatures of requisitions, orders, receptions, invoices, agreements.
- Possibility of agreeing, of refusing to resubject, to refuse for cancellation, to transfer … according to what proposes the configuration of signatures multicriteria.
- Display of the detail of the element to be validated (lines, analytical sections, history of signatures …).
- Access to the joined documents.

The application lists the set of elements "purchases" (Request, order, reception, invoice and market) to validate by a user.

It is possible to achieve elements to be signed via the application "XRP Ultimate Tasks".

Note: To use XRP Ultimate Tasks, you must have an active license to use XRP Ultimate Web Services.
