Anxiety Screening Test 1.3.2

This Anxiety Test is designed to help you evaluate the severity of your anxiety with just seven simple questions. This app uses the Generalized Anxiety Questionnaire (GAD-7), an empirically-based, self-test questionnaire. It is also sensitive for other anxiety disorders as well such as specific phobia, panic disorder, and social phobia. These disorders generally respond positively to treatment, so it is important to seek treatment if you are concerned about your mental health.
