Appalachian Trail Notebook for iPhone is an Apple iPhone iOS 8 app which enables the recording and emailing of Appalachian Trail location information. Over 1500 AT Trail locations are identified and are listed by the 14 states of the AT Trail and sorted by mileage from the Springer start point. Upon tapping on a location a notebook entry can be made. The iPhone camera facility is also built in which enables a photo to be taken for each note.

Appalachian Trail Information data fields exist for Appalachian Trail User Notes and Date information.
An email screen provides for the emailing of the AT Note, GPS data, location data and the photo.
