BeaconTx allows to transform your iPhone or iPad in an iBeacon.
Useful during the development of iBeacon supporting applications as for substituting iBeacon physical devices in your shop or small business.
User can enter as many iBeacon as he/she likes tapping on the + button. For each iBeacon the following information can be entered:
1) iBeacon name
2) iBeacon UUID which univocally identifies it and has to be used in the application which monitors the iBeacon itself. Tapping on Random a random UUID is generated for the user.
3) Major and minor numbers which allow to identify iBeacons which share the same UUID
Tapping on the activate switch the app starts the iBeacon with the entered information. Only one iBeacon can be active at the same time.
It requires a device running iOS7 which supports Bluetooth 4.0.
