RepCost from BMT Tax Depreciation allows individuals to estimate the replacement cost of their property. Often when owners estimate the costs to replace a building for insurance purposes, they forget to include important items such as any demolition work and the removal of debris.

BMT RepCost estimates include:
• The cost to rebuild
• Demolition/removal of debris
• An estimate of construction costs as they increase over time

A simple interface provides users with a list of questions to complete. The calculator will then determine the minimum and maximum cost range for the replacement of a building.

RepCost also allows owners to set a reminder to provide updated replacement costs for the property each year.
