Brightus offers the most effective and efficient way to mark attendance through Staff App. This app is a very handy tool for all those people who need to take and track the attendance records. It is a free app with a very pleasant and intuitive interface. It has a smart feature of QR Code which offers security at no additional cost.
How it Works
Opening the app shall ask for the user’s email id and password.
On entering the credentials, proceed to login.
The next screen shall show you the dashboard greeting the user and offering 3 options in the menu. It shows user’s personal information in the form of profile, user’s attendance details for any period from one date to another. Third option is for logout which takes users safely out of the app after checking in or checking out.
On the dashboard screen tap on the green button to check-in. Tapping check-in button shall open camera to scan QR Code generated on “Attendance App” on the institute’s iPad.
Successful scanning of the QR Code shall automatically mark your attendance.
For check-out, you just need to login with your credentials and tap red button on the dashboard screen.
