Welcome to Care Connect Call

Care Connect Call is an App that can be used by many different types of healthcare professionals to video call patients in a secure way from within the App. As a patient you will be able to download the App here but you can only access video calls if your own healthcare provider has chosen to use this App, and has given you a login and password that you enter on the opening page next to the words PATIENT. This means that there is a high level of security once you are both using the App. Once you are logged in you will be able to use this on an ongoing basis with your healthcare provider to receive video calls. Call history is saved within the Care Call Connect Service however, all in App call messages are deleted every night to protect privacy for all involved. Any health information noted by your healthcare provider is recorded and held separately, out with the Care Connect Call Service, by your healthcare provider.
