Contact Tracing App 1.0

Contact tracing app for Churches was initially made for Catholic Singapore parishioners and Church Administrators. In respond to the pandemic COVID-19, a digital platform was created for parishioners to declare their health, travel and activity inside the church premise. Ease in declaration & contact tracing is the goal of the application.

The application includes the following features.

1. Digital form in declaring health and travel declaration.
2. Scanning of QR Code which captures location and seat number within the Church premise.
