Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce the release of the Foreign Direct Investment Regime app, an interactive tool designed to provide an overview of foreign direct investment reviews in the United States (by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US or CFIUS) and select countries, including Germany, China, Singapore, Russia, Italy, and other countries around the globe.
