LearnMyWords can be used to improve reading, speech or memory skills by practicing associating a name with a picture. Users are able to add pictures using the device camera or existing photos and give an appropriate name or words to be displayed with each picture. (With an In-App purchase, audio can be added to play when a picture is displayed.) For young children a parent can choose pictures and words for the child to practice that go with a specific picture. Pictures can be relatives, common objects or events in their lives. Excellent for people with memory problems that need to review and remember who or what is important. One of the features of the App is a Matching game where multiple pictures and associated words are presented and the user has to match the words to the correct picture.
