Information about Mobile Application
The aim of the mobile application is to enable citizens, in particular the inhabitants of Wrocław, to report to CRM System, any failure or other events that affect the functioning of the city of Wrocław, automatically recording it in the CRM system in order to undertake, by authorized entities, appropriate actions and enable the proper communication between these entities and the users through this system. The user does not have to have an account in the application. The notification can be sent anonymously.
