Medical Dictionary is the only offline dictionary in Norwegian language which has been published in the iPhone/iPad format. It contains 21 000 articles, which give short, precise definitions of medical terms from all disciplines. Both diseases, organs, physiological functions, laboratory tests, pharmaceutics, abbreviations, healthcare and patient treatment are included.

The author, professor, dr.med. Magne Nylenna, is Director of the Norwegian Knowledge Center for the Health Services.

You can search with wildcards: ? for an arbitrary letter; * for 0 or more arbitrary letters.
