‘Path 2 Home’ is a guide to assist those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless and do not know where to go for help in the Eurobodalla and Monaro, Jindabyne,Bombala & Shoalhaven regions. It provides a list of the names and location maps of the services in these regions that may be able to help: eg: support agencies, counselling, free showers, toilets, laundry facilities, food banks, free or low cost meals, food parcels or a bed for the night. It is also an invaluable tool for those working in the community sector that would like to know of other places they can go to or refer to.
