Land on a lolly and you slide down it. Land on a cute character (snowman, seal, etc) and your penguin will follow the tracks up the board. Yes its a little like snakes and ladders. Land on a fish, grab a bite and have another roll.
First to the top wins. Its very easy to play, the frozen penguin pieces move all by themselves so you dont need even need to remember the rules.
