"SMART MIND APP is a cloud-based website and mobile app. You can access it through your phone or any device that has internet connection.

SMART MIND APP is designed to be a personal coaching tool for athletes in order to develop High Performing Attitudes, leading to top performances. The app provides a continuous feedback system between athletes and their coaches.

Athletes are stimulated to:

- create a personal performance plan leading them to realize their sports career goals

- create focus through goal setting before performance moments

- gain insights by self-appraisal of own- and team performances

- speed-up their development through continuous feedback from their coaches.



The advantages for coaches are multiple: the use of SMART MIND will support them:

- to understand their athletes’ goals and it gives them the opportunity to create a dialogue about it

- to monitor the athletes’ development of High Performing Attitudes in relation to sports performance

- to identify the athletes in his team, needing particular personal coaching, to develop the right mindset to perform.

The platform also contains information about mental skills training and is developed by sports psychologists to empower athletes. "
