The Sports Ledger was founded in 2006 and is currently one of the premier news outlets in the Southeastern United States We strive to provide some of the best online national and local sports coverage, as well as local news both online and in our weekly print edition of The Ledger.
Home owned and operated by The Sports Ledger, LLC., the company is managed by newspaper veteran Brandon K. Pierce. Mr. Pierce has been involved with the newspaper industry for over 15 years and holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Alabama.
