TogetherCare D 1.2

The TogetherCARE™ app is a tool for a clinical trial participant's primary informal caregiver. Informal caregivers are vital sources of safety information and heavily influence whether patients remain in clinical trials. These informal caregivers are a wealth of information regarding the patient's safety such as their symptom development which can ultimately lead to adverse events and trial drop out. The TogetherCare app provides resources for the clinical trial participant's primary informal caregiver, as well as collects data from informal caregiver to inform the conduct of the clinical trial.
