The Nurses' Health Study looked at the effects of diet, smoking, alcohol, and birth control on fertility among 238,000 female registered nurses since 1976. The lead researchers presented the findings in 10 easy to follow dietary steps in their book.

They won’t work for infertility due to physical impediments like blocked fallopian tubes.
