We proudly present the first electronic Time of Death Calculator to include analyses on both body temperature and the biochemical markers potassium and hypoxanthine.

The calculations using potassium and hypoxanthine are based on research at the University of Oslo, Norway, whereas the temperature calculations have been adapted from Henßge et al.

We offer five ways of determining the time of death, in addition to tactical information.

None of the methods are definite and can be used solely by themselves. It is of great importance to take the different factors needed for correction into consideration when analyzing the results. This app can only be regarded as a helping hand in crime scene investigation, and the authors take no responsibility for usage of the app beyond this point.
