I created the blog in the year 2007, the first post was published on 31 October 2007.
My idea when creating a blog has always been the sharing of recipes and general knowledge of cooking.
It's an area that I really like.
I always loved cooking and I like everything that involves the kitchen, such as kitchen appliances and utensils, ingredients and techniques, tips and tricks ...
The recipes I publish are all made by me and also photographed by me.
