Medical Reimbursement 1.0

Medical Reimbursement App provides the interface to the Railway Employees to see the latest status of their medical reimbursement claim.
Railway employees who submit their medical reimbursement claim through online web portal can see the status of their reimbursement claim by login to the website or by login to the app with the Reimbursement Id generated after successful submission of the reimbursement claim. One time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile after clicking on SEND OTP Button. After successful login this app will show the status of the medical reimbursement claim.
Employees who have griviences regarding the late processing of thir reimbursement claim can also lodge their complaint throgh this app. They can see reply from Railways against their complaint throgh this app.
To introduce more transperency in working of Indians Railways the launch page of the app displays the number of all the processed applications as well as the numer of pending application out of total applications throgh user friendly graphical representation.
The app has a help page to guide the users about how to use the Railway Reimbursement app.
