Stigma Free Me is a place where people can share their strength, experience, hope, and feelings with the world in a safe place. Stigma Free Me was born out of wanting to bring mental health issues out of the shadows and into the light. Are we the first to do this, no. Are we the most unique site on the internet, no. But, we do want to be the safest and most judgement free site on the internet to let people share what they are going through in hopes of learning that others are going through the same thoughts feelings and emotions. Hopefully Stigma Free Me can become a place where people can learn from one another and start to heal through expression. This may be in the form of articles, stories, poems, paintings, and any form of expression that facilitates the idea of building strength through sharing.

The goal of Stigma Free Me is to create a community that sees that stigma for any disease, condition, belief, or addiction can start to heal through sharing.
