Swisscom Storebox 6.1

Data needs to be accessible for employees from anywhere and at any time no matter what device is in use and must also be available for external partners in an uncomplicated manner. The focus here is on security, reliability and easy handling.
Storebox lets you save, exchange and co-edit documents very easily. The saved data is available at all times. All this without ever losing track of data and users – as you define the authorizations yourself. Handling is intuitive and simple – allowing you to organize cooperation, synchronization and backup in next to no time.
In order to use Storebox you need to have access to an active Storebox Portal, which can be ordered via www.swisscom.ch/storebox

- Share your files and folders with other users on your Storebox portal
- Create Public Link to a File (Read Write/Read Only, Expiration Date)
- Built-in document preview / file rendering capabilities for common file types

- List, access and restore previous versions of files
