Set goals and an efficient to-do list.
The Essential is a proven simple application where you can quickly and easily set your business and personal long term and short term goals in. First you start by setting your projects and goals in the system. After that you divide each of them into major tasks which has to be done by you or someone else to achieve the goal. After this you give each task the to-do’s which you or someone else has to do, to fulfill the task and eventually the goal. Each Goal, task and to-do you will give deadlines to so you or someone else can easily work accordingly.


Daily Routine There is a part of the daily task. Here you set your or someone else’s daily routines or checks in and keep track of them each day.


Delegating tasks to others and getting status notification on it
There is also a possibility to delegate tasks to others like employees and get status updates on it. In this part you can set a daily routine or checklist, goals, task or to-do in the system for someone else with a comment and deadline. This will directly go in their app and they can comment it and set it on complete once finished. You can then approve it or not in your admin account. Once approved by the admin the goal, task or to-do will get the status completed.


Speed, efficiency, simplicity and security
Everything is built as simple and efficient as possible so you won’t lose any time setting your goals in or editing them.
Once you complete a goal, task or to-do you will get the status completed where you can also put a comment on it. This will go in the archive so you can always later find it back or share it. You can also decide to erase it from the system.
