Log book training is an android application that functions as a training logbook for sports activists or physical exercises that use body weights or called body weight training or using external loads such as dumbbells called weight training carried out at home or at the Gym.

In this training log book application, users record each training session in the column provided. Available columns are:
1. Name (Please fill in your name)
2. Age (Please fill your age)
3. Date (Please fill in the date of the exercise)
4. Session (Please fill in morning / afternoon / evening / night choices)
5. Form of Training (Please fill in the name of the exercise conducted at the session)
6. Purpose of Exercise (Please fill in the muscle name what is the purpose of the exercise, if the purpose of the exercise for cardio please fill the cardio only)
7. Training Load (Please enter the training load in the session conducted, it can be a kg for example: 5 kg, if minutes or seconds are examples: 2 minutes or 30 seconds)
8. Number of sets (Please fill in the number of sets made)
9. Set 1 (Please fill in the number of repetitions (repetitions) done in set 1)
10. Set 2 (Please fill in the number of repetitions (repetitions) done in set 2)
11. Set 3 (Please fill in the number of repetitions (repetitions) done in set 3)
12. Set 4 (Please fill in the number of repetitions (repetitions) done in set 4)
13. Set 5 (Please fill in the number of repetitions (repetitions) made in the 5th set)

Fill in columns Set 1 to 5 depending on the number of sets that you have specified in the column number of sets. If you list 3 sets in the column number set, then you can just fill in the column to set 3 only.

After the data is filled in all according to what you have done, please click the SAVE button to save data to the database. If you want to enter new data, please click delete first

If you want to see the results of the exercises that have been saved, please click the DATA button which will display the results table.

If you want to delete the stored data please click the delete data button.
